Service / 服务

DearScene creates AI video gifts from your reference photos, personalization, and selected story. AI output is probabilistic, so previews, duration, and likeness may reasonably vary. Credits are returned for technical failures, but we cannot promise that every result will match a subjective expectation.

DearScene 根据你上传的参考照片、个性化文字和所选模板生成 AI 视频礼物。生成结果具有随机性，预览、时长和人物相似度可能存在合理差异。我们会对失败任务退回对应积分，但不承诺每次生成都完全符合主观期待。

Your permission / 上传授权

You confirm that you have the right to use all photos, text, and other content you submit, and that every pictured person has consented. Do not upload illegal, infringing, intimate, deceptive, or non-consensual content. Do not use a creation to impersonate, defraud, or harm anyone.

你声明对照片、文字和其他内容拥有使用权，并已取得所有出镜人的许可。不得上传违法、侵权、私密、欺骗性或未经同意的内容，不得利用作品冒充他人、实施诈骗或伤害。

Purchases and credits / 购买与积分

Android purchases are handled by Google Play. Credits are consumable in-app benefits, not cash, securities, or transferable assets. A successfully delivered generation consumes the displayed credits; technical failures automatically return them. Refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law.

Android 商店购买由 Google Play 处理。积分属于应用内消耗型权益，不是现金、证券或可转让资产。已开始且成功交付的生成任务会消耗对应积分；技术失败自动退回积分。退款遵循 Google Play 政策及适用法律。

Generated content / 生成内容

Where permitted by law, you may use and share your result as a personal gift. You are responsible for publishing and using it. DearScene may block suspected abuse and does not place customer photos into public templates or license them to advertisers.

在法律允许范围内，你可以为个人祝福和分享使用生成作品。你对发布和使用作品承担责任。DearScene 可以阻止涉嫌滥用的任务；不会把你的照片放入公共模板或授权给广告商。

Availability and responsibility / 可用性与责任

AI, network, and GPU services may occasionally be unavailable. We take reasonable steps to restore service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

AI、网络和 GPU 服务可能临时不可用。我们会采取合理措施恢复服务，但不保证服务永久不中断。法律不允许排除的消费者权利不受本条款影响。

Termination and deletion / 终止与删除

You can permanently delete your account and data in the app at any time. Serious abuse, attacks on the service, or illegal use may result in suspended access. Updates to these terms will appear on this page.

你可以随时在 App 内永久删除账户与数据。严重滥用、攻击系统或违法使用可能导致访问被暂停。条款更新会在本页公布。
