1. 我们处理的数据 / Data we process

• 设备生成的随机标识、账户状态和积分余额；device-generated identifier, account state, and credit balance.
• 当你选择使用 Google 登录时，我们会保存 Google 提供的用户 ID、姓名、邮箱地址和头像链接；if you choose Google Sign-In, we store the user ID, name, email address, and profile-photo URL provided by Google. 匿名使用不需要提供这些资料；they are not required for anonymous use.
• 用于限制免费额度滥用的单向网络与设备指纹；one-way network and device fingerprints used to prevent repeated free-credit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in this record.
• 你主动上传的 1–3 张参考照片，以及关系、回忆和祝福文字；reference photos and personalization text you submit.
• 生成任务、错误诊断、生成的视频及保存/分享请求；generation jobs, diagnostics, and generated videos.
• Google Play 商品 ID、订单状态与 purchase token 的单向哈希。付款卡号由 Google Play 处理，DearScene 不接收完整支付卡信息；Google Play product, order status, and a one-way hash of the purchase token. Google handles payment credentials.

2. 使用目的 / Why we use it

数据只用于建立会话、根据你选择的模板生成视频、交付作品、恢复失败任务、验证购买、退款/补偿、保障安全和响应支持请求。照片用于在生成视频中保持人物外观，不用于身份认证、广告画像、公共模板或训练面向其他客户的模型。

We use data to provide the service, preserve the pictured person's appearance in the requested video, deliver results, verify purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not use customer photos for advertising profiles, public templates, identity authentication, or training models for other customers.

3. AI 与授权 / AI and permission

Generated videos may contain inaccurate or unnatural details. You must have the right to use everything you upload and obtain consent before uploading another person's photo. A parent or guardian must authorize photos of minors. Do not create deceptive, harassing, impersonating, or illegal content.

作品由生成式 AI 制作，可能出现不准确或不自然的画面。你必须拥有上传内容的合法使用权；上传他人照片前须取得其同意，上传未成年人照片须由监护人授权。不得制作欺骗、骚扰、冒充或违法内容。

4. 处理方与跨境 / Processors and regions

DearScene 的 API 与私有对象存储目前位于新加坡；AI 视频生成由 MiniMax 在中国提供处理。Google Play 处理商店购买。服务基础设施可能位于你所在国家或地区之外。传输使用 HTTPS，成片通过短时签名链接交付。我们不出售个人数据，也不向广告商共享照片。

DearScene currently operates its API and private object storage in Singapore, while AI video generation is processed by MiniMax in China. Google Play processes store purchases. Data may therefore be processed outside your country. We use HTTPS in transit and time-limited signed links for delivery. We do not sell personal data or share customer photos with advertisers.

5. 保存与删除 / Retention and deletion

照片、任务和作品会保存至提供服务、让你再次下载以及处理支持所需的期限。你可在 App 的“账户 → 删除账户与全部数据”中永久删除账户、上传照片、生成记录和结果。正在生成的任务需先取消。删除操作不可恢复；法律要求保留的最少交易记录除外。

6. 安全与选择 / Security and choices

We use access tokens, isolated job directories, server-side purchase verification, idempotent order records, and rate limits. Anti-abuse registration records may remain for up to 365 days after account deletion so reinstalling cannot repeatedly claim welcome credits. They contain keyed or one-way fingerprints rather than raw network addresses. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload identity documents, payment cards, or sensitive material unrelated to your gift. You may choose not to upload, but generation then cannot be provided.

我们使用访问令牌、隔离任务目录、服务端购买验证、幂等订单记录和频率限制。为防止通过卸载或删除账户反复领取欢迎积分，防滥用注册记录可能在账户删除后保留最多 365 天；其中仅含带密钥或单向指纹，不保存原始网络地址。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请勿上传身份证件、银行卡或与祝福视频无关的敏感材料。你可以选择不上传；此时无法使用生成服务。

7. 儿童 / Children

DearScene is not directed to children under 13 for independent use. If a photo includes a minor, the person submitting it must be the parent or guardian, or have the guardian's explicit permission.

DearScene 不面向 13 岁以下儿童独立使用。涉及未成年人照片时，提交者必须是监护人或已取得监护人明确许可。
