Delete your DearScene account and data
删除 DearScene 账户与数据
You can request permanent deletion directly in the app without contacting support:
- Open DearScene.
- Choose Account in the bottom navigation.
- Select Delete account and all data.
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Active generation jobs must stop first. Deletion removes your account, uploaded photos, personalization text, identity data, creation history, and generated videos and cannot be undone. Minimum purchase records and one-way anti-abuse registration fingerprints may be retained for fraud prevention, tax, or applicable law; anti-abuse fingerprints are deleted within 365 days and are not used for generation or advertising.
Uninstalling the app or clearing local storage does not delete server data. Use the steps above.

正在生成的任务必须先取消并等待停止。删除后会移除账户、上传照片、个性化文字、身份资料、任务记录和生成视频；操作不可恢复。为防欺诈、税务或适用法律要求而必须保存的最少购买记录及单向防滥用注册指纹可能继续保留；防滥用指纹会在 365 天内删除，且不会用于生成或广告。
删除 App 或清除本地存储不等于删除服务器数据，请务必使用上述入口。
